Tips For a Young Driver Finding Insurance

Postby Peter G on Wed Jan 14, 2024 2:07 pm

Getting cheap insurance as a young driver nowadays, is pretty much impossible ( in my opinion )
Money supermarket and compare the market are good ways to get a quick quote. one of the companys i tried directly was Marks and spencer, i got quoted an annual premuim of 2900 on a peougout 106. lets be honest, it aint the cheapest i rekon i could get.
But if a went directly through a company, shouldnt i save myself money?
it is pretty hard to afford spending huge amounts of money on my car, when u have a extremely expensive girlfreind like mine.
does enybody have a few moey saving tips i could use?
i would be xtremely gratefull :D

cheers Pete

Pete,

The best thing you can do is to approach a couple of Brokers. This way they have to compare the various deals on your behalf.

Then simply take the cheapest quote from either Broker.

We use Renew insurance to provide our car insurance compare service.

You can request a quotation form them here https://www.life-assurance-bureau.co.uk/getaquotecar.htm

I would also look for a similar service to make sure you reciev the best price possible.

Having a quick look on the internet perhaps approaching https://www.quotelinedirect.co.uk/ would be a good idea as well.

Cheers,
