Can any one help me by explaining exactly what critical illness insurance is and what the heck is terminal illness cover

Terminal illness is a extra added benefit provided to life insurance. It pays out if the policyholder is diagnosed with a TERMINAL ILLNESS and is expected to die within 12 months.

The policy holder can not cliam within the first 6 months of the policy or within the last 12 months. It effectively brings forward a life insurance payout by up to 12 months.
