Do all critical illness policies insure you against cancer?

I have a policy to insure my mortgage if i died. My broker now seems to think i also need critical illness cover to go alongside it. But it seems a lot of money. what should i do?

Last week my credit card statement arrived in the post and through the envelope window, you could clearly see my card number. Is that a fraud risk?
