We pride ourselves in ensuring maximum compensation in the shortest possible time.
And it’s No Win, No Fee”

Who pays the compensation for car accidents?

By law, every driver in the UK has to have Third Party insurance for the vehicle they are driving. That insurance covers them should a compensation claim be made against them for causing the accident.

Therefore, if someone damages your car and injures you in the process, then if your car accident claim is successful, the compensation will be paid by the other drivers' insurance company.

If you are the victim of an uninsured driver or a "hit and run" accident you will have to make a car accident compensation claim to the Motor Insurers Bureau (the MIB). For more information about compensation claims and uninsured drivers or a "hit and run" accidents click here . And if you accident was caused by a diesel spillage click here.

If you have comprehensive insurance, your insurer will of course arrange for your car to be repaired - but they will not organise your claim for personal injury compensation. You'll need an independent claims specialist like Claims Justice to do that for you.
