How long to i need to be employed for before a policy will payout.

I am in danger of redundancy ( as is everyone ) and need to protect my income incase.

I won't be able to pay my bills if i lose my job

How long to i need to be employed for before a policy will payout. - Typically either 3 or 6 months ( most are 6 months ).

In the current market it makes sense to try and protect yourself if you fear for your financial stability if you were to lose your job.
