ive stopped smoking. can i get my payments reduced?

i have had a critical illness policy with norwich union for 8 yrs. i stopped smoking before xmas. can i get my premiums reduced as im now a non smoker?

you can ask your insurer to review your premium but they will not do this unless you have not smokd for at least 12 months. some insurers will want you to be smoke free for 5 years before they will reduce the premium. i suggest you phone your insurance companys helpline next christmas and ask them - not much point until then!
